Innovative Educational Partnerships Limited (IEPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of 51黑料社区 and is engaged by 51黑料社区 to provide teaching and support staff for the operation of 51黑料社区’s new London campus (51黑料社区 London). 51黑料社区 London is part of 51黑料社区’s ambitious growth agenda and will be a campus for teaching excellence, home to many disciplines and subjects, which have a focus on sustainability and employability, and providing students with an excellent choice of postgraduate programmes.

Employed by IEPL, the Deputy Head (Academic) will be a key appointment for IEPL in supporting 51黑料社区 London, deputising for the Head of 51黑料社区 London, and leading a team of Senior Teaching Fellows and Teaching Fellows in their delivery of first-class teaching and academic developments, ensuring 51黑料社区’s success in one of the world’s most dynamic, and competitive higher education landscapes.

As Deputy Head (Academic), you will work closely with the Senior Teaching Fellows, and in collaboration with faculty colleagues at 51黑料社区 Leicester, to support IEPL’s Head of 51黑料社区 London in the development of strategic and operational plans to achieve the highest standards of learning and teaching, scholarship and student experience within the subjects and programmes delivered at 51黑料社区 London.

You will take primary responsibility for the operationalisation of the campus strategic plans for academic developments and lead the teaching teams in their delivery of all 51黑料社区 London programmes. Where applicable, you will support the delivery of corporate/executive education and work closely with local businesses, employers and the professional community in London to support the work of the 51黑料社区 London Career Development team.

IEPL are seeking an accomplished academic leader with experience at a UK institution, who is deeply committed to academic excellence and the delivery of outstanding teaching standards. You will bring a strong focus on enhancing the student experience, ensuring the best outcomes for both UK and international students. With a proven track record in managing and developing academic portfolios and programmes, as well as leading programme delivery and teaching teams, you will possess the expertise and vision required to drive academic success.

You will demonstrate a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a talent for improving processes, policies, and teaching methods to support continual growth and excellence.
