Personal profile

Theophilus Lartey is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the Leicester Castle Business School, 51ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, UK. Before joining 51ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, he was a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Cape Coast Business School. He studied at the 51ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (PhD, MSc.) and the University of Cape Coast (B.Com).

Theophilus is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules/courses in finance and econometrics. Theophilus is research active and has published articles in leading finance and management journals, including the Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Business Research, International Review of Financial Analysis, Business Strategy and the Environment, and International Journal of Accounting & Information Management, among other journals. His research interests are in the area of Corporate Finance, Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Banking, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

He is currently the founder of Dream-Alive Foundation, Ghana, a capacity building (or capacity development) organisation that has a strategic vision of developing future leaders.
