Personal profile

Elinor’s doctoral work explored film and television versions of 'The Taming of the Shrew' and her research interests are Renaissance drama in performance with a particular focus upon musical and danced adaptations of Shakespeare. Elinor is also developing a collaborative project which connects theatrical and pedagogical approaches to 'space'. She worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Royal Holloway, Roehampton University, Central School of Speech and Drama and Queen Mary, University of London before joining De Montfort in 2006.
